Laparoscopic Surgeries

Laparoscopy is a type of surgical procedure that allows a surgeon to access the inside of the abdomen (tummy) and pelvis without having to make large incisions in the skin. This procedure is also known as keyhole surgery or minimally invasive surgery.

Laparoscopic surgery is used in a variety of procedures, including gallbladder removal, hernia repair, appendectomy, and gynecological surgeries such as hysterectomy and ovarian cyst removal. Compared to traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery offers several benefits, including smaller incisions, less pain and scarring, shorter hospital stays, and quicker recovery times. However, it may not be suitable for all patients or all types of surgeries, and should be performed by a skilled surgeon with appropriate training and experience.
